Deep Fry: Use a toothpick to prick sausages before cooking. Take a deep frying pan and pour in enough oil to come half-way up the sides of the sausages. Keep heat medium or a low simmer. The intention is not to over heat oil to prevent popping of casings. Once golden-brown, flip the sausages. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Bake in Oven at 350 Degrees: Use a toothpick to prick sausages before cooking, which will help prevent sausage casings from popping and it will let the juice inside the sausages pour out if needed. Once golden-brown, flip the sausages. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
